“We have been using AM&L Enterprises for years. They have hauled pickup truck loads to 48 ft. trailer loads for us. Billy Chapline & his team are big on communication with customers and delivery sites. Before the freight is picked up AM&L has communicated with the pick up site and delivery site contacts to make sure that time and location issues are addressed. Once the freight is picked up we are notified and always have a timeline for delivery. Once freight is delivered we receive a signed copy of delivery ticket for invoicing. In the inevitable few instances where there is a delay we receive timely information about the delay along with solutions to resolve it.
